Apple Inc. (AAPL) shares climbed to $333.24 on Monday, up 0.29%, and sitting roughly 3.3% below the stock's 52-week high of $344.57. The move comes as Bank of America Securities tracks early shipping data for the iPhone 18 Pro lineup, framing faster deliveries as one signal among several worth watching heading into the holiday season.

iPhone Ship Times Shrink
The firm's tracking of Apple's website and carrier pages shows global average ship times for the iPhone 18 Pro at 14 days, down from 18 days for the iPhone 17 Pro at the same point last year.
The Pro Max shows an even sharper drop, with lead times falling to 18 days from 25 days last cycle. China stands out as the fastest market, with 11-day and 15-day waits for the two models, respectively.
Shorter wait times often read as a bullish demand signal, but the picture carries caveats this cycle. Apple launched only the Pro lineup this round, deferring the base iPhone 18 and Air models until next year and pushing the Duo to later in 2026.
Higher pricing, a shift in preorders from Friday to Saturday, and elevated production and channel inventory heading into launch could all be compressing wait times independent of underlying demand. Bank of America calls the metric "directional rather than directly comparable" against prior years.
Despite the mixed signal, Bank of America reiterated its Buy rating on Apple with a price objective of $370, implying upside of roughly 11% from Friday's close of $332.27.
The firm's thesis rests on Apple's positioning in AI at the edge and expectations for solid iPhone revenue growth in fiscal 2027. Bank of America's estimates call for earnings per share of $8.85 in 2026, rising to $9.46 in 2027 and $10.91 by 2028.
AAPL Investors Stay Bullish
The stock's proximity to its 52-week high, set at $344.57, suggests investors have largely stayed focused on the broader growth narrative. Market cap stands near $4.89 trillion, with more than 10 million shares changing hands early in the session.
Traders watching the iPhone 18 launch cycle will likely keep parsing shipping and in-store availability data over coming weeks, since Bank of America's own snapshot shows early in-store pickup availability remaining robust across most Pro and Pro Max configurations.
Whether that translates into a stronger December quarter than last year's remains the open question analysts are angling to answer.
AAPL Stock Price Activity: Apple stock was up 0.61% at $334.20 at the time of publication on Monday, according to market data.
