La Rosa Holdings Corp (LRHC) announced Wednesday that it's buying out the remaining minority stake in one of its Florida franchises, La Rosa Realty Prestige. The company previously owned 51%, and now it's taking full control of the operation.
Financial terms weren't disclosed, but here's what we know: Prestige isn't some tiny storefront operation. It's based in Lakeland with a branch in Winter Haven, serving the broader Central Florida market. Over the past 12 months, it ranked third among real estate brokerages in Polk County based on both agent count and total sales volume.
The numbers back that up. Prestige pulled in roughly $5.1 million in revenue for the trailing twelve months ended September 30, 2025, and actually turned a profit during that stretch. CEO Joe La Rosa pointed out that the brokerage operates with 138 agents who closed 420 transactions last year, cementing their footprint in Central Florida.
