The structure splits responsibilities across two levels. The "founding executive board" handles investment and foreign relations, while the "Gaza executive board" manages the National Committee for the Administration of Gaza, dealing with daily operations. Trump chairs the seven-member founding board, joined by Rubio, special envoy Steve Witkoff, Trump's son-in-law Jared Kushner, and Blair.

The Ceasefire Remains Fragile

Since the October ceasefire, at least 463 Palestinians have died in Gaza, according to local authorities. Hamas hasn't committed to disarmament, which former national security adviser John Bolton warned could torpedo the entire arrangement.
