(KWM) rose 8.7% to $0.45, while AAR Corp. (AIR) gained 5.1% to $94.00 after posting better-than-expected second-quarter results and issuing a robust sales forecast for the current quarter.

Not everyone woke up to good news. Several stocks that enjoyed solid gains on Tuesday found themselves giving back ground in premarket action.

Cohen & Company Inc. (COHN) fell 15.1% to $27.50 after climbing 12% the previous day. Sometimes what goes up comes back down just as quickly. Ernexa Therapeutics Inc.
