ARKA brings something CACI doesn't currently have at scale: space-based sensors and ground software systems that support national security missions. He added, "With a shared heritage spanning more than sixty years, CACI and ARKA address complex mission requirements and deliver future-ready solutions at the speed and scale required to expand the limits of national security."
For context, CACI had $133 million in cash and cash equivalents as of September 30, so this acquisition will require substantial financing.
