Nvidia Corp. (NVDA) CEO Jensen Huang just wants everyone to know: if you're building AI that matters, you're probably using his platform. During the company's third-quarter earnings call on Wednesday, Huang made the case that CUDA—Nvidia's parallel computing and programming model—has become the universal language of artificial intelligence.

The Platform That Powers Everything
"We run OpenAI, we run Anthropic. We run xAI. We run Gemini. We run thinking machines… we run every single model," Huang declared. He didn't stop at the household names, either. The platform handles "science models, biology models, robotics models," along with a sprawling ecosystem of open-source systems.
It's a bold claim, but Huang has the numbers to back it up. CUDA's reach extends across nearly every major AI frontier model, positioning Nvidia as the infrastructure layer beneath the entire industry.
Huang also connected the dots between CUDA's dominance and Nvidia's strategy of taking equity stakes in promising AI developers. These investments aren't just financial bets—they're about "expanding the reach of CUDA" through deep technical integration with companies like OpenAI and Anthropic. The more these companies succeed, the more entrenched CUDA becomes.
His pitch was simple: "One architecture. Things just work." For organizations building large-scale AI systems, Nvidia wants to be the obvious, friction-free choice.
Earnings Beat Sends Stock Higher
Nvidia released its third-quarter results on Wednesday, and they were impressive by any standard. The company reported $57.0 billion in revenue, up 62% year-over-year and comfortably ahead of the $54.88 billion consensus estimate. Earnings came in at $1.30 per share, topping analyst expectations of $1.25.
Investors liked what they saw. The stock climbed 2.85% on Wednesday, closing at $186.52, then surged another 5.60% in after-hours trading following the earnings announcement.
The company continues to score high marks on momentum, growth, and quality metrics, with favorable price trends across short, medium, and long-term horizons. For a company already this large, maintaining that kind of growth trajectory is remarkable.
