Scaramucci's Scathing Criticism
Scaramucci said on X that Ramaswamy had "disgraced himself" after initially presenting himself as post-partisan, data-dependent and focused on technology and good government.
The former White House Communications Director compared Ramaswamy's transformation to the pigs in George Orwell's novel "Animal Farm," arguing that politicians can become what they once "abhorred" while pursuing electoral victory.

Ramaswamy started with soaring rhetoric, post-partisan, data-dependent, technology entrepreneur, here to bring good government to the American people.

Ramaswamy's Winning Odds Tumble
The criticism referred to a controversial campaign ad run by Ramaswamy in which the mother of Democratic nominee Amy Acton's called her a "liar" and urged Ohioans to vote against her.
Acton's brother said the two were removed from their "abusive" mother's custody at 12 and accused Ramaswamy of making the issue a political talking point.
"In order to win, politicians break their first principles. They abandon their righteous philosophies and sink into a scum position," Scaramucci said. "I think he [Ramaswamy] loses this election and I think he's finished himself as a future candidate."
Ramaswamy's campaign team didn't immediately return MarketDash's request for comment.
Meanwhile, Polygon (CRYPTO: POL)-based Polymarket now prices only a 17% chance of Ramaswamy winning the high-stakes battle, while Acton remained the hot favorite with 84% odds in favor.
Elections are scheduled to be held on Nov. 3.
Inflation Fears Driving Voters Away?
Economist Peter Schiff attributed Ramaswamy's falling odds to his association with what Schiff called the "disastrous" Donald Trump economy.
Inflation is weighing heavily on Ohio's working-class voters, some of whom report that elevated fuel and grocery prices are leading them to reassess their support for Trump.
