Docusign Inc. (DOCU) stock rose more than 2% Wednesday, bucking a broader technology sector decline as the stock approached its 52-week high.
Docusign's rally appears to reflect continued buying interest following a strong recovery over recent months. The stock has climbed toward its 52-week high of $75, even as investors pull back from technology shares.
Technical Analysis: Bullish Momentum Builds
Docusign is trading above its key moving averages, signaling a strong upward trend.
The stock sits 6.8% above its 20-day simple moving average (SMA) of $69.40 and 38% above its 200-day SMA of $53.72.
Its 20-day SMA also remains above its 50-day SMA. In addition, a golden cross formed in August when the 50-day SMA moved above the 200-day SMA.

Traders are watching resistance at $74.50, followed by the $75 high. A sustained move above these levels could support further gains.
On the downside, $63.50 represents a key support level.

The move builds on the companies' more than 20-year partnership and expands Docusign's role in AI-powered business automation.
