CrowdStrike Holdings Inc. (CRWD) stock is moving higher in Monday's premarket session, extending its rebound after a two-day decline that ended Friday, as fresh analyst optimism supports sentiment.
On Friday, Needham analyst Mike Cikos maintained a Buy rating and raised his price forecast from $250 to $310.
Analyst Sees Falcon Flex As Demand Driver
Following a discussion with CrowdStrike, Cikos said Falcon Flex appears to be generating new demand rather than simply shifting purchases forward. The offering lowers procurement barriers and makes it easier for customers to adopt the broader Falcon platform.
He also identified Next-Gen SIEM as an underappreciated growth driver, noting that the expansion of AI agents is expected to increase both the volume and value of data.
Capturing and storing the growing stream of agent-generated telemetry could further boost demand for CrowdStrike's SIEM offering.
The analyst estimates revenue of $6.0 billion in 2027, up 24.8% year over year, and $7.36 billion in 2028, up 22.5%.
CrowdStrike Urges Shareholders To Reject Mini-Tender Offer
Separately, on Friday, CrowdStrike said it received an unsolicited mini-tender offer from Tutanota LLC to purchase up to 500,000 shares for $260 per share in cash, representing less than 0.05% of its outstanding shares.
The offer requires CrowdStrike's closing share price to exceed $260 on the final trading day before expiration.
If Tutanota does not waive this condition, shareholders could receive less than the market price at the time the offer expires.
CrowdStrike advised shareholders not to tender their shares, citing the offer's conditions, including financing requirements, which may not be satisfied.
Tutanota may extend the offer and delay payment. The offer is scheduled to expire at 5 p.m. New York City time on Oct. 19, 2026.
CRWD Price Action: CrowdStrike Holdings shares were up 0.71% at $277.00 during premarket trading on Monday. The stock is trading near its 52-week high of $286.98, according to market data.
