Nebius Group N.V. (NASDAQ: NBIS) is having one of those days where everything seems to go right at once. The AI cloud company is strengthening its position in AI infrastructure as rising cloud-compute demand, higher GPU pricing and expanded inference capabilities support its growth outlook. Investors noticed. The stock jumped more than 8% Tuesday.

Nebius Expands Its AI Infrastructure Footprint
Start with the acquisitions. Nebius recently bought Inferize to strengthen its Token Factory inference platform. Inferize develops technology that reduces model launch times, cuts idle GPU capacity and lowers inference costs. That is the kind of plumbing that matters when you are trying to sell AI compute at scale.
The Inferize team joined Nebius Token Factory and will help integrate the technology across the company's production inference stack. The deal follows Nebius' earlier additions of Eigen AI and technology from Clarifai. So this is less a one-off purchase and more a pattern: Nebius is buying up the pieces it needs to make inference faster and cheaper.
Then there is the capacity. Nebius signed a binding agreement with AIB Data Centers for 50 MW of critical IT capacity at a southeastern U.S. facility. AIB plans to deliver the capacity across two data halls under an initial 12-year term. The agreement gives Nebius additional infrastructure to support AI workloads as demand for compute capacity grows. In plain English: you cannot sell cloud compute if you do not have the data centers to run it, and Nebius just locked in a lot more room.
Pricing Power Is Doing Some Heavy Lifting
Nebius has also reportedly raised GPU cloud prices by roughly 20% across several NVIDIA Corp. (NASDAQ: NVDA) models, including the H100, H200, B200 and B300. Those increases point to continued demand for high-end AI computing capacity and the company's ability to charge more amid tight GPU supply. When you can raise prices and customers still line up, that is a good sign about where you sit in the food chain.
The company has also benefited from capacity expansion and its strategic relationship with NVIDIA, which previously invested $2 billion in Nebius to support its hyperscale AI cloud buildout. Having your key supplier as an investor is a nice arrangement, at least as long as the GPUs keep flowing.
BNP Paribas Sees Significant Upside
Analysts are catching on. BNP Paribas recently upgraded Nebius to Outperform from Neutral and raised its price forecast to $399 from $260. The firm said its outlook for the company has "meaningfully improved" since initiating coverage in June.
BNP Paribas said Nebius could approach $22 billion in annual recurring revenue by the end of 2027 and believes the company's 2027 guidance could trigger a "material reset" to current estimates. That is analyst-speak for: our old numbers were too low, and the new ones might be too low as well.
NBIS has also outperformed some AI infrastructure peers. The stock has gained almost 200% in 2026, compared with an almost 30% gain for CoreWeave, Inc. (NASDAQ: CRWV) and a 9% gain for IREN Limited (NASDAQ: IREN). The main growth drivers remain AI cloud demand, higher GPU pricing, infrastructure expansion and inference services, while continued access to scarce computing capacity will remain critical to sustaining that momentum.
Nebius Stock Extends Its Uptrend
Nebius shares were also outperforming the broader market Tuesday. The stock gained more than 8%, compared with gains of about 0.8% for the Nasdaq and S&P 500.
The technical setup remains bullish. NBIS is trading above its 20-day simple moving average of $230.24, 50-day average of $221.04, 100-day average of $223.78 and 200-day average of $169.38. The stock is about 49% above its 200-day average, underscoring the strength of its longer-term trend. Its MACD is also above the signal line with a positive histogram, suggesting momentum remains favorable.
NBIS is approaching resistance near $254.50. Support sits near $204.
NBIS Price Action: Nebius Group shares were up 8.67% at $252.73 at the time of publication Tuesday, according to market data.
