VALE Edge Scorecard: Value and Quality vs Weak Growth

Below is the MarketDash Edge scorecard for VALE S.A., highlighting its strengths and weaknesses compared to the broader market:

• Momentum: Neutral (Score: 45.73) — The stock's trend signals are mixed, with short-term improvement but longer-term resistance still overhead.
• Quality: Strong (Score: 84.27) — The score suggests the business screens well on quality factors versus many peers.
• Value: Strong (Score: 87.18) — The stock rates well on value metrics, which can help support dips if the chart stabilizes.
• Growth: Weak (Score: 4.92) — Growth factors screen poorly, so the bull case tends to rely more on cycle/commodity tailwinds than sustained growth.

The Verdict: VALE S.A.'s MarketDash Edge signal reveals a value-and-quality-leaning profile with only middling momentum and very weak growth characteristics. For traders, that often translates to "buy the levels, sell the ceilings" behavior until price can reclaim the longer-term moving averages and turn momentum more decisively higher.

VALE Stock Price Activity: Vale shares were up 5.74% at $14.55 during premarket trading on Monday, according to market data.
