Micron Technology Inc. (NASDAQ:MU) reported financial results for the fourth quarter of fiscal 2026 after the closing bell on Wednesday. Here's a look at the key details from the print.

Micron posted fourth-quarter revenue of $54.23 billion, beating analyst estimates of $50.75 billion, according to market data. The semiconductor company reported adjusted earnings of $33.42 per share, beating estimates of $31.45 per share.
Total revenue was up approximately 379% on a year-over-year basis. Operating cash flow came in at $43.97 billion versus $25.39 billion in the prior quarter and $5.73 billion in the comparable quarter last year. The company generated $33.20 billion of adjusted free cash flow in the fourth quarter.
Micron reported $10.77 billion of capital expenditures and ended the quarter with $73.48 billion in cash, marketable investments and restricted cash.
"Micron delivered record fiscal 2026 results, and we expect an even stronger fiscal 2027," said Sanjay Mehrotra, chairman, president and CEO of Micron.
Micron expects first-quarter revenue of $60 billion to $63 billion versus estimates of $56.55 billion. The company anticipates first-quarter adjusted earnings of $37.15 to $39.15 per share, versus estimates of $35.07 per share.
"AI is becoming Super Intelligence (SI), and memory enhances this intelligence and the competitiveness of our customers' platforms. We are increasing our investments in technology, products and manufacturing to help drive SI forward with our customers, and our Strategic Customer Agreements provide added confidence in the durability of Micron's financial performance," Mehrotra said.
Micron's board declared a quarterly dividend of 15 cents per share, payable on Oct. 29 to shareholders of record as of Oct. 14.
Management will discuss the quarter on an earnings call with investors and analysts at 4:30 p.m. ET.

MU Price Action: Micron shares were up 1.57% in after-hours trading on Wednesday, trading at $1,082 at the time of publication, according to market data.
