Pelosi's Trading Activity
Pelosi's spouse, venture capitalist Paul Pelosi, is likely the one making the investment decisions. He has a history of buying call options that are in the money and have expiration dates about a year out, later exercising them into common stock. The investments tend to be in the technology sector, favoring large-cap names, and they're done on a large scale — transactions are often in the hundreds of thousands of dollars, sometimes millions.
The stocks above represent a portion of the Pelosis' current portfolio, with a focus on the most recent additions.
According to data from Quiver Quantitative, Pelosi has made total stock and options transactions of $8.88 million in 2026, down from $48.6 million in 2025 and $39.2 million in 2024. So far, 2026 has been nearly all buying of options and stocks, while the past two years saw more sales than buys by dollar volume.
Pelosi was ranked as the 28th top trader in Congress by an annual UnusualWhales report for 2025. The report shows her portfolio gained 20.1% in 2025, outperforming the S&P 500's 16.6% gain.
One more thing: Pelosi is not running for re-election in the 2026 election. That means she will no longer have to disclose her stock and options transactions starting in January 2027. So this could be one of the last disclosures from her.
