La Rosa Holdings Corp. (LRHC) is making a play in the AI infrastructure space, announcing Thursday that it's signed a contract to purchase land in Osceola County, Central Florida. The deal, expected to close on June 15, 2026, subject to standard closing conditions, marks what the company calls a significant milestone in its expansion strategy.

Building for the AI Boom
The land will support development of a state-of-the-art Tier III AI data center designed to meet surging demand for high-performance computing and data processing infrastructure. We're talking about a facility that could reach 10,000 square feet with an estimated IT load of around 1,500 kW.
The location matters here. Central Florida's high-growth corridor positions La Rosa to capitalize on regional data center expansion. The facility is designed with high availability, built-in redundancy, and operational resilience in mind, targeting multiple sectors including healthcare, financial services, and technology.
But the company isn't stopping at Florida. Joe La Rosa, CEO, explained the bigger picture: "While Central Florida is a key market for us today, we are pursuing expansion into other high-demand regions and expect to develop additional data centers outside of Florida, including markets such as Texas, where demand for AI and high-density computing infrastructure continues to accelerate."
As for the stock? LRHC shares were down 7.47% at $1.61 during premarket trading Thursday, hovering near the 52-week low of $1.50.
