Six Peptides, One Supply Deal
The agreement covers BPC-157, TB-500, KPV, MOTS-c, Epitalon and Semax. DataMEDS said the peptides were recommended by the FDA's Pharmacy Compounding Advisory Committee at its July 23-24, 2026 meeting.
Corexa plans to dispense compounded prescriptions under the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services' recently updated Enforcement Discretion Policy. DataMEDS also plans to use its Health Lives Here mobile application to collect and report safety data under that policy.
The company said the agreement will also support Corexa Health's third-party logistics business. Corexa plans to help manufacturers manage bulk drug substance and API supply through its Lakeland, Florida, warehouse.
A Network Of More Than 6,500 Pharmacies
Gerald Commissiong, interim co-CEO of DataMEDS, said the policy changes allow Corexa Pharmacy to dispense compounded versions of the six peptides while expanding access through its network of more than 6,500 independent pharmacies.
Commissiong said Corexa aims to provide physicians with a pharmacy-compounded alternative to unregulated research-use-only peptide products sold online.
DataMEDS noted that the six peptides are compounded drugs, are not FDA-approved and have not been evaluated by the FDA for safety or efficacy.
The Roadmap, Revisited
On Oct. 16, DataMEDS said it supported the FDA's proposed interim access policy for compounding certain peptides and outlined Corexa Health's roadmap for expanding access to peptide-based compounded prescriptions.
At the time, the company said the proposed regulatory framework could provide a pathway for 503A compounding pharmacies to prepare certain peptides. The framework would collect additional safety data. The update also positioned Corexa's pharmacy network and Health Lives Here platform as part of its planned peptide distribution and safety-data strategy.
Monday's supply agreement advances that roadmap by securing commercial access to bulk drug substances and APIs for six peptides. Corexa plans to begin dispensing them in November.
MEDS Price Action: DataMEDS AI shares were up 3.91% at $1.99 at the time of publication on Monday, according to market data.
