CrowdStrike Holdings Inc. (NASDAQ: CRWD) had a busy Monday. The stock wobbled as investors weighed a bullish Deutsche Bank upgrade and a pile of AI-focused cybersecurity partnerships against the ongoing gloom hanging over software stocks.

The Upgrade: Hold Becomes Buy
Deutsche Bank analyst Brad Zelnick upgraded CrowdStrike from Hold to Buy and raised his price forecast to $300 from $240. That is a meaningful bump, and the reasoning is straightforward: Zelnick thinks the market may be underestimating how AI adoption could expand cybersecurity spending and strengthen CrowdStrike's competitive position.
He expects growing demand for endpoint protection and AI security to support revenue growth. More specifically, he believes CrowdStrike could reach its $10 billion fiscal 2030 annual recurring revenue goal ahead of schedule and keep annual growth above 20% for several years.
And if that sounds ambitious, Zelnick has another thought: the company's projected $565 billion addressable market by 2034 could actually be conservative. That is the kind of line that makes you sit up a little straighter.
Partnerships Everywhere
Separately, CrowdStrike and Dynatrace Inc. (NYSE: DT) introduced three integrations linking CrowdStrike's Falcon platform with Dynatrace's AI-powered observability and log management tools. The companies aim to replace costly legacy security systems, improve automation and simplify threat detection.
CrowdStrike also expanded its partnership with CoreWeave Inc. (NASDAQ: CRWV) to protect production AI workloads running on CoreWeave Cloud. The agreement brings Falcon security and round-the-clock managed protection to customers deploying AI applications at scale. The timing makes sense: enterprises are under growing pressure to secure AI models, cloud infrastructure and sensitive data against increasingly sophisticated cyberthreats.
Deloitte and Europe
On top of that, CrowdStrike expanded its alliance with Deloitte Spain to help enterprises connect cybersecurity strategy with daily security operations. And it expanded Project QuiltWorks across Europe, adding 15 partners to accelerate vulnerability detection and remediation.
All of these initiatives highlight CrowdStrike's push beyond traditional endpoint protection into broader AI security, cloud protection and enterprise risk management.
CRWD Price Action: CrowdStrike Holdings shares were up 0.10% at $250.68 at the time of publication on Monday, according to market data.
