Power delivery is the unglamorous plumbing of the AI boom, and Navitas Semiconductor Corp (NVTS) just made a splash in it. Shares moved higher in Monday's after-hours session after the company announced its latest power delivery board, developed in collaboration with Nvidia (NVDA).

Navitas Unveils 800 V-to-12 V Power Delivery Board
Navitas on Monday announced its latest 24 kW, 800 V-to-12 V DC-DC power delivery board, powered by GaNFast technology and developed in collaboration with NVIDIA Corp (NVDA). The system is designed to support the Nvidia MGX ecosystem and advance 800 VDC power architectures for AI data centers.
The single-stage architecture converts 800 VDC directly to 12 VDC and can deliver 24 kW to power a full compute tray, with a target efficiency of 97% at full load. The board mounts directly on the compute motherboard, close to the xPUs, which cuts losses along the power path and supports high power demands.
"The next era of AI will be defined not only by how much compute we can create but by our ability to deliver the power needed to unleash its full potential," said Chris Allexandre, president and CEO of Navitas. "Our collaboration with Nvidia is breaking the AI infrastructure power wall by reimagining power delivery from 800 VDC to the GPU."
NVTS Shares Jump After Hours
Navitas shares were up 6.21% in after-hours on Monday, trading at $10.61 at the time of publication, according to market data.
