Wedbush analyst Alicia Reese also maintained a Neutral rating while raising the price forecast to $48 from $40.
Rounding out the updates, Wells Fargo analyst Ken Gawrelski maintained an Overweight rating and raised the price forecast to $64 from $46. Conversely, BTIG maintained a Sell rating on Roblox on Monday while raising its price forecast to $41.
Growth Drivers and Competition
Dessouky noted he sees better odds of a viral hit taking off on the platform, citing the recent popularity surge of the game Steal an Egg.
However, the analyst kept his Neutral rating, pointing to looming competition from Grand Theft Auto VI as a factor weighing on his outlook.
Monetization and Sector Context
Wedbush's Reese highlighted management's efforts to reignite growth, but noted she is holding off on turning more optimistic until there is clearer visibility into when monetization efforts move the needle on bookings.
Meanwhile, communications services stocks traded higher Monday following growth signals from AI executives at firms including Anthropic, OpenAI and SpaceXAI.

The longer-term picture is less forgiving, with the stock still trading 14.9% below its 200-day SMA ($58.71), keeping the bigger downtrend pressure in view.
