Vivakor Inc. (VIVK) is back at it again. The energy infrastructure company announced two new long-term crude oil programs on Wednesday, pushing its recurring marketing platform to roughly $1.5 billion in annualized commercial activity.
The two new programs add about $400 million in annualized activity, covering recurring purchases and sales of roughly 500,000 barrels per month. Vivakor's total announced platform now sits at about 1.54 million barrels per month, or 18.4 million barrels annually. The new deals run from August 1, 2026, through July 31, 2027.
This expansion comes just over a week after Vivakor announced four recurring crude oil transactions that boosted the platform to about $709 million in annualized activity. That news sent shares up more than 200% in a single session.
