Following the completed sale of its gaming assets, the Roseland, New Jersey-based technology company announced it is reallocating operating resources toward business units with proven commercial traction. Moving forward, Gaxos.ai will concentrate primarily on its portfolio of consumer and enterprise AI applications under Gaxos Labs, alongside RNK Health's personalized health and wellness product line. Management expects the gaming asset divestiture to streamline operations and enhance customer acquisition efficiency.
Q1 Revenue Spikes to $1.81 Million Driven by RNK Health, Subscriptions
The strategic pivot comes on the heels of significant top-line expansion. Gaxos reported first-quarter 2026 revenue of approximately $1.81 million, marking a steep increase from around $24,000 recorded in first-quarter 2025. First-quarter revenue was anchored by $1.25 million from RNK Health and $563,000 from Gaxos Labs application subscriptions.
