The Numbers
Celestica posted adjusted earnings of $2.54 per share, crushing the Street estimate of $2.30 by 10.43%. Revenue came in at $4.7 billion, also topping the $4.39 billion consensus. Not bad for a Tuesday morning headline.
CEO Rob Mionis summed it up neatly: “Celestica delivered very strong performance in the second quarter, achieving revenue of $4.70 billion and adjusted EPS of $2.54, each exceeding the high end of our guidance ranges. Our adjusted operating margin of 8.2% represents another new high for the company, demonstrating the strength of our execution.”
What's Next
Celestica isn't resting on its laurels. The company raised its fiscal 2026 adjusted EPS guidance to $11.30, well above the $10.15 analyst estimate. It also lifted its revenue outlook to $20.5 billion, versus the $19.18 billion consensus. That's a confident signal from management that the momentum is real.
Stock Reaction
Investors liked what they saw. Celestica stock was up 9.24% to $318.24 in Monday's extended trading session. The move extends a strong run for the stock, which has been on a tear this year.
