The Roundhill Memory ETF (DRAM) rallied 11.7% on Tuesday, its strongest single session in more than a month and on track to be the fourth-best day since the fund's inception.
The pop rode a fresh surge across the memory chipmakers at the center of the artificial-intelligence buildout.
Kioxia Holdings Corporation (KXIAY) led the group with a 17% gain.
Micron Technology Inc. (MU), SanDisk Corp. (SNDK) and Western Digital Corp. (WDC) followed with gains between 12 and 13%.
SK Hynix Inc. (SKHY) rose more than 10% and Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd. (SSNLF) added 6%.
The Roundhill Memory ETF is now up more than 100% since its April 2 debut.
