Storage Deal Supports AI Infrastructure Growth
The agreement ensures CoreWeave gets priority access to enterprise SSDs, which are critical for storage as it expands its AI cloud platform. The company says this commitment will help storage capacity keep pace with its compute, networking, and software infrastructure. The deal comes at a time when industry-wide supply is tightening.
“This agreement gives us priority access to the storage our roadmap depends on, allowing customers to focus on what they're building instead of the infrastructure underneath it,” said Chief Operating Officer Sachin Jain.
Indonesia Expansion Adds Capacity
This announcement follows CoreWeave's expansion into the Asia-Pacific region through Indonesia, where it plans to add three facilities totaling 360 megawatts of contracted IT power. The facilities are expected to come online in 2028. As of March 31, 2026, CoreWeave operated 49 data centers globally, with more than 1 gigawatt of active power and over 3.5 gigawatts of contracted capacity.
Q2 Earnings Preview and Analyst Price Targets
CoreWeave is scheduled to report earnings on August 11, 2026. Analysts expect a loss of $1.27 per share, compared with earnings of 27 cents per share in the same period last year. Revenue is expected to rise to $2.56 billion from $1.21 billion.
The stock carries a Buy consensus rating with an average price target of $141.05. Recent analyst actions include Rosenblatt maintaining a Buy rating and a $250 price target on August 5.
